HealthcareIndia

Multi-specialty hospital chain: operations standardisation

The situation

A three-unit hospital chain was expanding to five. The flagship had great outcomes but no documented processes, so the new units could not replicate its quality of patient experience.

What was done

A healthcare operations playbook:

  • 140+ SOPs covering all patient touchpoints
  • A digital patient feedback loop with NPS tracking
  • Centralised procurement

The results

  • 140+ SOPs deployed
  • 72 to 84 patient satisfaction (NPS)
  • 18% lower supply costs

Also published on the healthcare and hospitality page.

ManufacturingIndia

₹80Cr manufacturer: process overhaul

The situation

The production floor ran without SOPs, on tribal knowledge, with a 12% rejection rate. The owner knew every detail, but nobody else did.

What was done

A factory operating system:

  • 85+ SOPs covering production, quality control and maintenance
  • A daily dashboard for yield, rejection and efficiency
  • Shift supervisor training, with 12 promoted internally

The results

  • 12% to 3% rejection rate
  • +22% OEE (overall equipment effectiveness)
  • ₹4.5Cr waste savings a year

Also published on the operational excellence page.

StaffingIndia to GCC

₹35Cr staffing firm: revenue operations redesign

The situation

High volume, low margins. There was no CRM discipline, the proposal pipeline was the founder's spreadsheet, and recruiters operated as silos.

What was done

A revenue operations engine:

  • CRM implementation with pipeline stages
  • Recruiter performance dashboards
  • An automated proposal generation system

The results

  • +35% revenue per head
  • 3x pipeline velocity

Also published on the professional and B2B services page.

ServicesGCC

$8M services firm: ERP and dashboard build

The situation

Eight departments and zero integration. Each team had its own spreadsheet, the monthly P&L took 3 weeks to compile, and there was no real-time visibility.

What was done

An integrated MIS stack:

  • ERP selection, implementation and adoption (Zoho One)
  • Real-time P&L and department dashboards
  • Automated reporting, with the monthly close in 3 days

The results

  • 21 days to 3 days monthly close
  • Real-time P&L visibility
  • 92% ERP adoption

Also published on the operational excellence page.
