Phase 1: Diagnosis & Quick Wins
A 30–45 minute conversation to understand your business, challenges, and ambitions. We also assess fit - if we're not the right partner, we say so openly.
Diagnosis & Strategy Design
We analyse your markets, numbers, organisation and operations across relevant pillars (Strategy, Operating Systems, Brand/Digital) and design a clear roadmap, typically over 3-6 weeks.
Decision & Commercials
You review the strategy pack, ask questions, and decide whether to proceed into execution. If yes, we finalise a 1% topline or fixed-fee structure with clear scope and timelines. If not, the complete strategy pack is handed over for a fixed fee.
Phase 3: Implementation & Transfer
We work with your leadership to implement the roadmap, track metrics, and refine the approach with structured weekly/fortnightly/monthly reviews.
