Decision & Commercials
You review the strategy pack, ask questions, and decide whether to proceed into execution. If yes, execution is priced at 1% of topline revenue, billed monthly*, with scope and timelines agreed in writing. If not, the complete strategy pack is yours to keep, covered by the diagnostic fee.
Implementation & Transfer
We work with your leadership to implement the roadmap, track metrics, and refine the approach with structured weekly/fortnightly/monthly reviews.
