Our process is designed to be clear, time-bound and respectful of business realities – minimal disruption, maximum clarity.
Discovery & Fit
A 30–45 minute conversation to understand your business, current challenges and ambitions. We also assess whether we are the right partner for your context. If not, we say so openly.
Diagnosis & Strategy Design
We analyse your markets, numbers, organisation and operations across the relevant pillars (Strategy, Operating Systems, Brand/Digital) and design a clear roadmap, often over a defined 3–6 week period.
Decision & Commercials
You review the strategy pack, ask questions and decide whether to proceed into execution with us. If you proceed, we agree on a 1% topline (or fixed-fee*) structure with clear scope and timelines, else we handover the strategy pack to you for a fixed fee and you undertake the execution.
Execution & Review
We work with your leadership and managers to implement the roadmap, track metrics and refine the approach with regular, structured reviews.
