A review of the keyword research sheet, the link-building strategy and the live technical-SEO layer — reconciled line-by-line against the H2 2026 weekly content plan.
The strategy is sound and the technical foundation is genuinely strong — clean sitemap, AI-crawler-friendly robots, schema on every post, and a sensible cluster + pillar model that the content plan already follows. The weak point is tracking integrity: the keyword sheet reports content as "Published" that does not exist, hasn't been reviewed since 16 March 2026, and isn't wired to the link-building calendar. Fix the accuracy and the plan is fully fit for purpose.
sitemap.xml lists all 22 live blog/white-paper URLs with zero orphans or
phantom entries. robots.txt explicitly allows AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot,
Google-Extended, CCBot…) — a forward-looking GEO / AI-search posture most competitors lack. The blog
template ships Article + BreadcrumbList schema, canonical, OG and Twitter cards on every page.
Keywords are tiered by priority, mapped to topic clusters and landing pages, and annotated with MSV
and CPC. High-intent commercial terms ($15–$30 CPC) are correctly prioritised. Landing-page keywords all
resolve to real pages (/services, /india-gcc, /msme-os, /foundry).
The link-building strategy mandates "one pillar piece per month" with hub-and-spoke promotion — exactly the structure the H2 plan implements (2–3 supporting blogs feeding one pillar white paper per cluster). Strategy and content plan are aligned by design.
Six link-building strategies with outreach templates, DA-rated target publications (YourStory, Inc42, Arabian Business, Gulf Business…), a 90-day timeline and a 25–40 backlink target. Complete and realistic.
The keyword sheet marks five items as ✅ Published (status 5) that have no page on the site:
Saudi Arabia company registration ($30 CPC), GST compliance for foreign companies ($22), SOP implementation
best practices ($14), Qatar company setup ($25), and Riyadh business expansion ($28). Only a partial
treatment exists inside gcc-company-formation-guide-uae-saudi-qatar.
Impact: ~$119 of combined CPC intent is recorded as "done" but is uncaptured — hiding a real gap. Fix: reset these to status 1 (Not written) and schedule them (see §4).
Sheet last updated 2026-03-16; "next review 2026-04-15" is ~10 weeks overdue.
It still lists the Revenue Engine white paper as "Planned" although
revenue-engine-predictable-sales-msme-india-gcc is live, and doesn't list the published
GCC Brand GTM Playbook or Founder Liberation Blueprint at all.
Fix: reconcile statuses to the live sitemap and set a recurring monthly review.
The 90-day link-building timeline runs on its own clock, disconnected from the weekly Tue/Wed cadence. Pillars are the linkable assets — each should trigger a promotion sprint the week it ships.
Fix: attach a promotion sprint to each of the 6 pillar weeks (W4, W9, W13, W17, W21, W25).
The white-paper backlog lives in both keyword_research_sheet.md and
white_paper_ideas.md, and they disagree (e.g. Brand Authority Blueprint is a pillar in one,
absent in the other; Scaling Playbook / SOP Blueprint / SE-Asia exist only in ideas). This is why the plan
needed manual reconciliation.
Fix: make keyword_research_sheet.md the single source of truth and fold the ideas backlog into it.
Statuses track production, but there's no column for live performance (ranking position, clicks, impressions from Search Console). Content velocity is high; without a feedback loop you can't tell which clusters are actually earning.
Fix: add Position / Clicks / Impressions columns, refreshed at each monthly review.
Every open item from the two source docs, mapped to where it now lands in the 26-week plan.
